Happy New Year!

We are working hard to show positive behavior by earning all of our snowman's parts.

These students chose to have lunch in the classroom as a positive behavior reward.

Students are enjoying their new indoor recess activities they were given for Christmas!

We are learning all about vowels and how they help to make words.  We dissected our morning message & found 40 vowels!

We learned a vowel song called "Pepperoni Pizza" to help us pronounce vowel sounds.

We enjoyed making popsicles as we learned about the properties of water.

We discussed how the Kool-Aid powder is a solid, the water is a liquid, & the popsicle is a solid.

Students absolutely loved their cherry & grape popsicles!!!

We wrote letters home to our family to tell them about solids, liquids, & gases.

Students love to listen to Mrs. Underwood read Junie B. Jones books to them each day!
