We've had a wonderful week learning about
the changes of Fall.

| We went on a nature walk around the school to look at the changes of fall. |

| We saw leaves that were beginning to change colors and some that had already fallen to the ground. |

| We created leaf rubbings with the leaves we found on our nature walk. |
 |
| We counted with Cheerios and then used them to make corn cobs. |
 |
| We welcomed a new student to our classroom on Monday! Welcome to CES, Mimi! |

| We read a book about a lonely scarecrow and then students had fun creating their own scarecrows with the shapes we have learned about. |

| We counted out Cheerios using ten frames and then played "Spin and Write" with a partner. |
 |
| We celebrated Holly Whitlock's birthday on Friday. Happy Birthday, Holly! |
