| We read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and participated in lots of awesome alphabet activities. We also read Chicka Chicka 123 and worked on writing and recognizing numbers 1-5. |

We made our own Chicka Chicka trees as we worked on finding the letters in our names and spelling them correctly to climb our trees.

"Tooty Ta" is the silliest wiggle song we've learned in Kindergarten!

| Students will work at the pocket chart workstation next week to practice putting letters in ABC order. |

| Searching for the letters in our names was hard work but somebody had to do it! |

We ended the week on a good note by playing "Musical Letters". Students walked around the classroom as the music played. When the music stopped, they found the closest letter and practiced writing it until the music came back on.
